The main speaker in the video is Abu Abdallah, from Kosovo.

Abdallah was speaking mainly in Albanian from the northern town of Azaz, which is very close to the Turkish border.

It is the same town where US senator John McCain met with leaders in the so-called Free Syrian Army (FSA).
