The blast which occurred on Monday also let some women and children injured, according to Alalam TV news channel.
No group has claimed the responsibility for the blast.

On Friday, members of Al-Qaeda linked “Ansar al Khilafah” terrorist group in Khan-al Assal area in Reef Aleppo executed a large number of civilians. The victims, all were shot at point blank.

The total number of the victims, some tortured severely before execution, is amounted to 200 people.

In Aleppo, foreign-backed terrorists also killed more than 120 people after they received heavy arms from outsiders.

On Saturday, Syrian official news agency SANA said most of the victims murdered in Khan al-Assal were civilian.

After the massacre, the militant groups mutilated the dead bodies and threw them in a big hole in the suburb of the city.
Most part of the city is said to be in militant’s control.
