“No date has yet been agreed upon for the new round of Iran-G5+1 talks and Russia asks for urgent setting of that date,” Ryabkov said on Thursday.
The Russian deputy foreign minister expressed the hope that the meeting would be held before the end of the summer of 2013.
Iran has recently expressed its readiness for the new round of talks with Group 5+1.
Assistant Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Ali Baqeri declared Iran's readiness for talks and added that date for future talk with Group 5+1 is not determined yet.
He recommended that the group enters the talk constructively, and clearly.
The last round of talks was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on April 5-6, 2013.
Saeed Jalili was heading Iranian delegation and Catherine Ashton headed negotiating team of the Group 5+1.
