The Syrian Army’s consecutive successes in inflicting heavy blows on foreign-backed terrorists have angered the U.S. and its western allies so much so that they are resorting to baseless allegations of chemical weapons’ use by Syria, said the Syrian Information Minister.
The minister made the remarks during a visit to the Russian Federation Council in Moscow on Saturday.
He added that “terrorists from 29 different countries are fighting in Syria against our government and our people,” al-Alam News Channel reported.
Meanwhile, the vice chairman of the Russian Federation Council Ilyas Umakhanov said that “our fundamental stance toward the Syrian crisis is fixed and unchangeable. We do not leave the Syrian government and people alone in such circumstances.
