Local media reports that the chase lasted over an hour.

Helicopter footage showed a car slamming into the black pickup truck being pursued by police as it raced across an intersection.

The truck then careened into another black pickup truck that had stopped at a turn. Armed officers surrounded the vehicle, eventually pulling the driver out of the front passenger seat and handcuffing him on the ground.

There are no reports of injuries as a result of the three-car accident, but an ABC affiliate reported that there were children in the car that collided with the truck being pursued by police.

Police have not yet identified the suspect who was arrested.
