"Al-Nusra positions in al-Naimah were massively attacked by the Syrian army men, leaving several militants dead or wounded," the sources said, adding, "The Army artillery also opened fire at newly-built strongholds of al-Nusra in Dara'a al-Mahatta, Dara'a al-Balad, refugee camp and Sajad Seida company and inflicted major damage on them."
"In the meantime, an army unit penetrated into the positions of al-Nusra fighters near grain silos and destroyed them, which also claimed the lives of several terrorist," the sources said, adding, "In an ambush operation, the Syrian army killed or wounded several al-Nusra terrorists in Southern side of the town of Atman."
In relevant developments in the province on Tuesday, a newly-built large stronghold of the militant groups in the Southern neighborhoods of Dara'a city was completely ruined in the Syrian Army troops' heavy offensive.
"The Syrian army's heavy fire and continued attacks did not allow the militant group to fortify a newly-built stronghold in the Southeastern side of Seida Carpet Company in al-Makhayam neighborhood," the sources said, adding, "The militants' site was destroyed and most of terrorists in the site were killed in the attacks.
