"When the resolution enters into force 90 days after its adoption, the committee will be terminated automatically," the source told RIA Novosti.
The source added that after this, all questions related to the implementation of the resolution, the lifting of sanctions and solving arms supply issues would be addressed by the Security Council, with the recommendations of a joint committee that includes Iran and the P5+1 group of countries.
Iran and the Group 5+1 (which is also known as E3+3 or P5+1 and comprises Russia, China, the US, Britain, France and Germany) on July 14 reached a conclusion on a lasting nuclear agreement that would terminate all sanctions imposed on Tehran over its nuclear energy program after coming into force.
The 159-page deal has its own opponents and proponents both in Iran and the other countries that are parties to the JCPOA, including the US.
