"Most cargos sent by the Saudi planes to Aden do not include humanitarian aid, rather they are weapons and military equipment sent to the terrorist groups, specially al-Qaeda," Bukhaiti was quoted as saying by Arabic-language al-Waqt news website on Monday.
Stressing that the Yemeni people don’t need aid and assistance of their Saudi enemies, he said the aids sent by Riyadh are too small to make up for a part of the destruction made in the Saudi-led airstrikes on his impoverished nation.
"The Yemeni nation doesn’t need Saudi Arabia's assistance but it needs the end of the siege imposed by Riyadh and its allies," Bukhaiti said.
Saudi Arabia has been striking Yemen for 124 days now to restore power to fugitive president Mansour Hadi, a close ally of Riyadh.
Hadi stepped down in January and refused to reconsider the decision despite calls by Ansarullah revolutionaries of the Houthi movement.
Despite Riyadh's claims that it is bombing the positions of the Ansarullah fighters, Saudi warplanes are flattening residential areas and civilian infrastructures.
The Monarchy's attacks have so far claimed the lives of at least 5,313 civilians, mostly women and children.
