During his two-day visit to the neighboring countries, Zarif is slated to meet with the Omani and Qatari officials and hold talks on various issues, including ways to boost Iran’s ties with the Arab countries.
The visit by Zarif, who headed the Iranian negotiating team in the talks with the Group 5+1 (Russia, China, the US, Britain, France and Germany), will come after the two negotiating sides concluded more than two weeks of intensive negotiations over Tehran's peaceful nuclear program in the Austrian Capital of Vienna.
The negotiating parties on Tuesday reached a conclusion over the text of a comprehensive 159-page deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), after 22 months of talks.
