The Al-Nusra Front and the Syrian Revolutionary Front resumed their fighting on October 27 after several months of truce.
The Al-Nusra Front on its Twitter page announced that it has seized 10 tanks, 4 vehicles, 80 BGM-71 TOW (Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wire-guided) missiles, 130 cannons and an arms cache from the rival militant group.
Also in the past 24 hours, the Syrian army targeted militants' strongholds in the outskirts of Hama and al-Quneitra provinces, killing and wounding a large number of anti-government fighters in the battlefronts.
The Syrian troops raided militants' centers in Um Batina road in Quneitra countryside which resulted in the killing, wounding and capture of a large number of militiamen.
The army also thwarted an attempt by a terrorist group to infiltrate al-Habbariyeh from Deir Maker in the countryside of the Southwestern province, killing most of the group’s members and wounding others.
