The clashes were occurred on Thursday morning near the town of Jerablus.
According to al-Alam correspondent, gaining upper hand over controlling the town is the main cause of clashes between these two militant groups.
Several members of so-called Free Syrian Army were reportedly killed in the clashes. The dead militants belonged to terrorist group of Yousef al-Jader, reports said.
The FSA closely cooperates with the al-Qaeda-linked terrorist group al-Nusra Front under the auspices of the US and the Israeli regime.
This is not the first time that fatal clashes take place between the terrorists in Syria.
Dozen of militants were also killed earlier in April during a round of clashes al-Nusra Front and FSA terrorists in Idlib province.
The militants clashed in Moamareh al-Naman in Northern Reef (outskirts of) Idlib, which resulted in the death of over 10 armed terrorists.
The clashes took place after two members of the al-Nusra Front were kidnapped by FSA armed rebels earlier.
Syria has been experiencing unrest since March 2011 with organized attacks by well-armed gangs against the Syrian police, border guards, statesmen, army and the civilians being reported across the country.
Thousands of people have been killed since terrorist and armed groups turned protest rallies into armed clashes.
