Being a footballer himself in the Tehran league, Reza Alireza Lou said fans and opposing footballers alike used to comment on his resemblance with the Portuguese player.

Lou commented, "at that time I was younger [than now] and I didn't have the resemblance I do now, after having grown up a bit. I became more complete now and my face became more similar to Ronaldo's."

Lou said he likes watching Ronaldo play, and that he would love to join him for advertising or be his teammate at Real Madrid CF.
