Alalam – Syria

Mohammad Al-Muri was killed today when his vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb near the Idlib Governorate town of Sinjar. This means that his killers are local opposition groups in Idlib.

This week Jabhat Fateh Al-Sham (formerly known as Al-Nusra Front or Syrian Al Qaeda Branch) takes a major hit to their command ranks.

Muri was rushed to a local hospital in the Idlib after the blast, but could not be revived in hospital.
