An officer can be seen standing at a busy cross roads in the capital Grozny during the terrorist attack before a speeding car smashes into him, sending him somersaulting through the air.
The video was taken as extremists launched an assault on police in the city which ended with seven militants dead and four more arrested.
Meanwhile a new ISIS (ISIL, IS, Daesh) film, which includes the sickening car smash clip, has since emerged showing ranting insurgents pledging allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi - and calling on Muslims to launch attacks in Russia.
Reports say the wounded police officer was rushed to hospital after being struck by the car, which had been stolen during the violent clash.
It is not yet known who was driving the vehicle.
The new ISIS video, called Now the Fighting Has Come, also shows officers engaging in heavy fire behind their patrol cars during the terror attack on December 18.
