The Syrian Arab Army has mobilized thousands of men for what is being described by the High Command as the "largest" military operation in the East Ghouta.

Recently, Jaysh Al-Islam and Faylaq Al-Rahman (another rebel group) ended their short-lived civil war in order to join forces against the Syrian Arab Army before this offensive is launched, AMN reported.
