WATCH SAA Women’s Battalions at the Strategic Hama - Aleppo Highway

A women's battalion of Syrian Army from relatives of established Syrian Army soldiers volunteered to defend their towns and Stand toward ISIS continuous threat in the Hama countryside.

The volatile Salamaiyah-Ithriyah-Aleppo highway is a crucial supply road to Aleppo city that is under constant bombardment from the terrorist forces is the position of these women Battalions.

They actively participate with other Syrian Army units in fighting against ISIS in areas laying north of the road.

Along with participating in operations against ISIS, they are competently trained in sniping and mortar fire, Al-Akhbaria reports.
