A video released by Syrian Central Military Media on Monday claims to show the moment multiple rockets targeted two pro-government towns in Syria’s Idlib province.
The video, released on social media, claims to show several rockets targeting the predominantly Shia towns of Foua and Kefraya, in Idlib’s countryside.
The video shows large red smoke clouds rising and the wreckage sustained by the blasts.
According to Syrian Central Military Media, the rockets were launched by rebel groups.
The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which monitors the conflict through activists on the ground, also reported that rebels had launched rockets toward the towns.
The monitoring group said that casualties have yet to be reported.
