In the eastern neighborhood of Hay Al Quds, a thick plume of black smoke was seen rising into the sky following a number of explosions in the area.
Also The Iraqi forces have liberated five villages on the Gwer front southeast of Islamic States' (ISIS, ISIL, IS and Daesh) Mosul stronghold. They also surrounded another village the Iraqi Defense Ministry stated on its website.
The captured villages are Adla, Abas Rajab, Jadida, Ibrahim Khalil, and Kan Harami.
