Iran Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qasemi on Friday strongly condemned ISIS suicide attacks by ISIS terrorists at Dibis power generation plant in the vicinity of the Iraqi Kirkuk city which claimed several lives, including those of four Iranian technicians.
According to reports 3 others Iranian technicians injured in the Attack.
At least three car bombs were detonated by the terror group in Dibiz Power Plant, 6 ISIS terrorists and 16 people including security forces and Staffs were killed in the attacks.
