"Turkish aviation carried out the raid East of the Syrian city of Aleppo," said the Syrian Democratic Council member, Risan Haddou, Sputnik reported.
"Twenty-eight people were killed and more than hundred wounded in the bombing by the Turkish aircraft in Al Bab in rural Eastern Aleppo," Haddou added.
Haddou appealed for international organizations to open an investigation in the incident and to stop what he called Turkish aggression and to provide medical and humanitarian aid.
The strike hit the village of Thalthana, in northern Aleppo province.
Thalthana lies near the key ISIS stronghold of Al Bab, and is just 12 kilometres (8 miles) southeast of the terrorist-held Dabiq, which Turkish-backed rebels have been pushing towards in recent days.
