Footage from Golan Heights area released on Tuesday shows the Syrian army exchanging fire with the US-backed "moderate rebels" of Fatah al-Sham, less than 24-hours after the cessation of hostilities began. The fighting occurred in Quneitra in Southwestern Syria, close to the border with Israel.
