Israeli forces fired shells in the northern Gaza Strip on Tuesday, targeting what they claimed were Hamas positions.
Witnesses said that five Israeli tank shells targeted a Hamas military post, an Islamic Jihad watch tower and other locations in Beit Hanoun town, but they attacked cicilians instead!!
Haniyah al-Shanti, whose house was damaged in the shelling, said her family was woken up in the middle of the night and found the house filled with smoke.
No casualties were reported after both incidents, AP reported.
