Three senior commanders of Faylaq al-Sham were killed in clashes between the terrorists and the Syrian army in al-Malaah region near Castillo highway, the terrorist group confirmed.
Faylaq al-Sham Battlefield Commander ex-Major of the Syrian army Zahir Harba, Commander of the Northern battlefields ex-Brigadier General of the army Ahmad Bakar and expert of launching surface-to-air missiles Feisal Balkash, alongside 14 more terrorists of the Turkish-backed Faylaq al-Sham were killed in the unsuccessful offensive of the Takfiri group on the Syrian army's positions in al-Malaah region and along Castillo highway," sources quoted the group as saying.
Reports said earlier today that artillery and missile units of the Syrian Army opened heavy fire at the militant groups' strongholds in Northern Aleppo, leaving scores of the terrorists dead or wounded.
"The militants' concentration centers and gatherings in al-Lairamoun and Castillo region came under the heavy shelling of the Syrian artillery and missile units, which not only inflicted a heavy death toll on the militants but caused their commanders to call for urgent dispatch of more fresh forces and medical back up," the sources said.
