An Asbury Park, New Jersey beer garden helped several ducklings who made a harrowing plunge from the businesses' rooftop.
On Thursday the ducklings hatched and then started to jump the roof.
Sous Chef Tim Spielman managed to catch two of them in his hat. And the whole adventure was caught on mobile phone video.
Once off the roof, the ducklings followed their mom to nearby Wesley Lake and calmly swam away.
