Officials said no one was seriously injured in the fire in Huskvarna, near the southern city of Jonkoping, but that three people were taken to hospital for minor smoke inhalation.
The local fire department said the fire began on Sunday evening and lasted until Monday morning.
It said that the flames largely burned themselves out on the top of the five-storey concrete building and didn't spread to lower floors.
Officials were investigating the cause of the fire, AP reported.
