AL-Amaq News Agency Affiliated to ISIS (Islamic State, ISIL, IS and Daesh ) terrorist group Footage purports to show Turkish artillery shelling the road connecting the town of Akhtarin and the village of Arshaf in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

Reuters released the video and confirmed the footage is authentic.
