According to NBC, the tourists took a taxi to the Algiers neighborhood to meet a drug dealer. Aged 21 and 23, the men were allegedly shot, one in the chest, the other in the stomach, during the meeting.
The men were listed in stable condition and police were still looking for a suspect, NBC reported.
