Several militants were killed or wounded and their military hardware and vehicles were badly damaged in the Syrian fighter jets' heavy bombardments in the Northeastern part of Aleppo province.
The Syrian army' air fleet targeted heavily the ISIL positions near the Northeastern city of al-Bab and the villages of Sarja Kabireh and Mazare' al-Madyouneh, which ended in the killing or injuring of tens of the terrorists and destruction of their machinegun-equipped vehicles.
The ISIL terrorist group sustained a heavy death toll after its positions in different neighborhoods of the Eastern city of Deir Ezzur came under the heavy offensives of the Syrian soldiers.
The Syrian army troops stormed the ISIL strongholds and concentration centers in the neighborhoods of al-Haweiqa, al-Jabileh and al-Sina'ah, which not only claimed the lives of several terrorists but inflicted serious damage on their military vehicles and equipment.
Reports said that the ISIL left behind nearly 30 dead and many more wounded members and retreated after their attempts to prevail over the government forces' lines of defense near the strategic Deir Ezzur airbase were thwarted by the Syrian Army's strong defense and Russian air force's bombardments.
