Former Morrisons security guard Omar Hussain posted his desperate plea online in the hope of winning over European medics to join ISIS.
Hussain, 27, said the terror state's hospitals are dirty, badly run and stuffed with incompetent medics who routinely botch procedures.
The situation is so dire, he sad, that even first-year students with no clinical experience would be a "big help".
Hussain, who used to live in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, with his mother, has made a name for himself complaining about the hardships of terrorist life.
He has previously moaned about being made to peel potatoes, being lonely, longing for a wife and being bullied by native fighters.
His letter, circulated on extremist forums, was posted last year and came to light this week .
In his message he tries to tempt would-be defectors with 'rewards in the hereafter', since he admits they would only be paid a pittance.
It says: "When the terrorist in Syria started, many doctors fled the country to live in Turkey or other countries. This caused an insufficient number of remaining doctors to treat the wounded.
"I have been to the hospitals up and down the State and so many hospitals lack not only man power but also doctors who are qualified for their jobs.
"I have seen many trainees training others on how to treat wounds, and many errors are committed by these untrained, unqualified, inexperienced helpers."
“You do not need to be an expert in your field to make a difference here, even someone with a year or two of studies is a big help.
“You may be getting a high wage in the West, but what about the high rewards in the hereafter?... Is money more important than the life of your Muslim brother?"
Poor medical care is the latest disappointment to confront Hussain, who routinely vents his spleen over the unglamorous reality of living in a terror state.
He took mournful images of potatoes he had been forced to peel for a communal meal, saying it took him 50 minutes to unskin five of them.
Hussain also pines for Western luxuries, and celebrated when he was given a rare treat in the form of a single, smuggled Ferrero Rocher.
In September he wrote about his difficulties integrating with fighters from Syria and Iraq, whom he called "peculiar and annoying". He said they steal his shoes and hog his phone charger.
In the whining blog post he said: "Arabs as a whole have a unique culture, which differs dramatically from the Western lifestyle.
at least 17 Britons had absconded from a medical school in Sudan and are now treating wounded terrorists.
Officials are also thought to be trying to lure the British doctors back, reassuring them that they will not be prosecuted under anti-terror laws so long as they have not engaged in any fighting, Express reported.
