10 killed and Injured in Twin Blast in Diyala Province

1 killed, 9 wounded in twin blast which attack Al Khalis city in Diyala province, Al-Alam News Network Correspondent reports.

Al Khalis, is a town roughly 15 kilometers northwest of Baqubah in one of the six districts of the Diyala Governorate.
