Amano is the person of the body which is to monitor its implementation. 'If everything goes well, it is not impossible,' he said.
On Wednesday, Amano confirmed that Iran was moving quickly to keep its side of the deal with the United States, Russia, France, Britain, Germany and China.
'Our inspectors are on the ground and they are observing their activities, and with their report I can tell that Iran is undertaking activities at a very high pace,' Amano said.
'If your question is that Iran is planning to complete their preparatory activities in two, three weeks' time, I don't have a reason to doubt it,' he said.
On Tuesday, Iran senior nuclear negotiator Abbas Araqchi said sanctions will be lifted in three weeks after the International Atomic Energy Agency Board of Governors passes resolution on Iran.

Speaking to IRNA, Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs and head of implementation of JCPOA headquarters predicted that after approval by IAEA Board of Governor resolution, economic sanctions on Iran will be lifted in three weeks.
He said the meeting of the IAEA Board of Governor issued a technical, professional and unbiased report on the status of Iran nuclear program.
The report acknowledged non-diversion of Iran's nuclear program which nullified the previous allegations against Iran, he said.
According to the official, Amono said in his report that alleged studies dated back to before 2003 but Iran ruled out the allegation as baseless.
