One section of footage shows the drone destroying an ISIS checkpoint and in another section shows the drone following four terrorists marching through an alley.
The footage is so accurate, that the operator can clearly see the shadow of the terrorists' assault rifle on the ground, Daily Mail reports.
In a series of videos released by the Italian air force, viewers can see footage of a large ISIS black flag at one of the terrorist's checkpoints outside an unnamed town.
A single man is operating the checkpoint and stops a number of cars before he goes inside a building. Moments later the drone operator fires one of its Hellfire missiles and destroys the building.
In a second video, the drone spots four terrorists carrying rifles.
The drone follows the men as they walk through a series of alleyways and into the back of a house. An unarmed individual is clearly seen on the roof of the property so no shot is taken.
Footages released by L'Espresso magazine, which has been given exclusive access to the Italian drone programme operating in Iraq. The magazine said that since being deployed, Italian drones have accumulated more than 24,500 hours of flying time.
The drones are controlled by veteran pilots in Amendolo airbase in Italy but fly out of Kuwait City before crossing into Iraq.

One pilot told the magazine: 'The effect of depersonalization described many times talking about drones does not concern us. Although we are at distances of hundreds or thousands of kilometers, for us it's like being up there.'
