At least 13 people were killed in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, according to state television, when a suicide bomber targeted a mosque in the Asir region that was housing local emergency (Police) forces.
Suicide attack happend in Al Abha, capital of Al Asir province in Saudi Arabia.
Sources in the kingdom told Middle East Eye on condition of anonymity that the death is likely to rise and that at least 20 people have been injured.
Asir is in the south-west of the country and is close to the country's border with Yemen.
It is not currently known who carried out Thursday's attack.
