Hammond and Lavrov Arrived in Vienna as Talks Go on / VIDEO

British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Monday were seen arriving at Coburg Hotel in Vienna where the nuclear talks were being held.

Negotiators on Monday continued efforts to reach a final deal between Iran and the powers on Tehran's nuclear programme.

The deal under discussion is aimed at decreasing Tehran's nuclear work for a decade or more in exchange for relief from sanctions
