In a shocking mobile phone video, ISIS militants have been filmed torturing a minor Syrian boy.

In the video, the 14-year old Ahmed can be seen being beaten while he hangs by his wrists.

ISIS and other armed group in Syria known for torturing and killing children.

ISIS has also recruited, trained and used children on the battlefield.
