According to sources within the Palestinian fighters in Gaza, six Israeli tanks had already been hit by rocket-propelled grenades since Thursday, when the Israeli regime launched its brutal ground intrusion into the densely populated enclave.
This is while the war on Gaza is increasingly taking its toll on the Israeli military, with Palestinian fighters stepping up their retaliatory attacks on the enemy.
Two more Israeli soldiers were killed in clashes in and around the Gaza Strip on Saturday.
While the Israeli military claims the latest deaths bring to seven its total casualty figure, the Hamas resistance movement insists that Palestinian fighters have so far killed dozens of Israeli troops in separate clashes and have also seized weapons from the Zionist forces.
Meanwhile, more retaliatory rockets have been fired out of the Gaza Strip deep into Israeli cities, including Tel Aviv, Ashdod, Eshkol, and Ashkelon.
Over 1,700 projectiles have been launched from Gaza in less than two weeks. Hamas says it is prepared for a prolonged conflict with the Zionist aggressors and is continuously stocking up on its weapons.
More than 350 Palestinians have been killed and nearly 2,700 wounded in the brutal Israeli attacks that have targeted mostly civilian areas since July 8.
