Witnesses said a group of settlers stormed into the village in south of the city of Nablus overnight and forced the 22-year-old man into a car and took him away.
Hours later, he was found in a remote area, while severely bleeding.
Medics say he was first pepper-sprayed and then beaten and stabbed. They say he is now in a life-threatening condition.
Just a few days ago, a Palestinian teenager, Mohammed Abu Khedir, was similarly kidnapped and killed in East al-Quds (Jerusalem).
On Friday, violent clashes erupted between Israeli forces and thousands of angry Palestinian demonstrators protesting the brutal murder of the teenager by Israeli settlers.
This comes as thousands of mourners gathered in East al-Quds to bury the 16-year-old teenager. His burned body was found in a forest on Wednesday after he was abducted near his home.
The latest incident happened a day after Israel buried three settlers, whose bodies were found in a field near the village of Hilhul, north of the West Bank city of al-Khalil (Hebron).
Israeli forces killed several Palestinians and arrested hundreds of others, including Hamas members and lawmakers, as part of the military operations that were purportedly carried out in search of the three settlers, who Israel claimed had gone missing on June 12.
