The Friday evening military aggression by the Israeli forces caused a forest fire in Lebanon’s partially occupied Shebaa Farms border village, al-Manar reported.
The report further cites Israeli news website as claiming that three Israeli soldiers were wounded in the bomb blast while passing along the Lebanese border area.
The wounded Israeli troops were transported to a hospital.
The Israeli enemy, the report adds, also opened machine gunfire and launched flare bombs towards the Lebanese town of Adaisah from the Zionist settlement of Misgav Am.
Moreover, Israeli military helicopters conducted frequent over flights around their settlements near the Lebanese border.
Meanwhile, the Lebanese Army Command issued a statement on Friday, confirming that "at 5:45 pm and after the explosion of a bomb in an Israeli patrol inside the occupied territories, the Israeli enemy forces launched nine artillery shells on Bastra and Helta regions."
In recent days the Israeli forces have also carried out numerous aerial raids against the impoverished Palestinian Gaza Strip, killing and wounding a number of people.
Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement has also launched retaliatory rockets at illegal Israeli settlements.
