The released video footage of this hideous crime shows the Syrian citizen on his knees while one of the armed elements of the al-Qaeda linked Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) recites the supposed allegations against him, accusing the man of “abandoning his prayers, being drunk and committing robbery.”
After the alleged charges against the Syrian civilian are recited, another ISIL terrorist grabs and pulls the victim’s hair from behind and begins to cut his neck by a large dagger.
