The fighting began when members of Jund al-Sham, which is allied to the Al-Qaeda-inspired group Fatah al-Islam, supposedly broke surveillance cameras set up by Fatah near the militant group's centers to spy on them.
Two people were injured according to Lebanese Daily Star newspaper.
