“In the last year, in a number of theaters, we acted, sometimes openly and sometimes secretly and we achieved our goals,” Benjamin Netanyahu told a group of military graduates on Thursday, according to the Times of Israel.

According to the report, the vague statement may refer to a number of aerial assaults conducted by Israeli warplanes on the Syrian soil.

On May 5, the Israeli military launched an air raid on the Jamraya Research Center in a suburb of the Syrian capital, Damascus, for the second time in three days following heavy losses inflicted upon al-Qaeda-affiliated militants by the Syrian army. The location had been targeted in another Israeli airstrike in January.

The Tel Aviv regime also violates Lebanon’s airspace on an almost daily basis, claiming the flights serve surveillance purposes.

Netanyahu also responded to former chief of Israeli spy agency Mossad Meir Dagan, who had scolded the premier for not acting on his threats.
 

“Whoever needs to know that we don’t only talk, but also act, knows,” Netanyahu said in response to Dagan’s remark, that “when you have to shoot, shoot, don’t talk.”

On June 26, Netanyahu said military maneuvers in the occupied Golan Heights may be put into practice in the near future unlike the past “theoretical” drills.
