Baby saved after stroller falls onto train tracks

A video has emerged showing a stroller carrying a 14-month-old girl rolls off a slanted train station platform and falls onto the tracks in west Philadelphia.

The girl's mother leaped onto the tracks to rescue her with the help of other passengers.
