"We announce that we stand with the Syrian popular resistance and offer material and spiritual support as well as coordination in order to liberate the Syrian Golan," Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah said in a Thursday televised speech.
He said Syria had also reactivated its old front with Israel, allowing groups to operate from the occupied Golan Heights against the Jewish regime.
“Syria opened the Golan front and by that it transformed the threat [against it] into an opportunity. So, whoever wanted a war on Syria, the response was to open the Golan front for any popular resistance groups,” he said.
He also said Hezbollah would support any group seeking to target Israel in the occupied Golan Heights.
Nassrallah’s comments came days after the Israeli regime launched assaults on Syria.
"If the aim of your (Israel's) attack was to prevent the strengthening of the resistance's capabilities, then Syria will give the resistance sophisticated weapons the like of which it hasn't seen before," he said.
"The resistance is prepared to accept any sophisticated weaponry even if it was to break the balance (of force)," Hezbollah leader said.
Nasrallah also slammed Arab states over their stance toward Palestine, saying they were willing to make “dangerous” concessions over the Palestinian cause.
“Arabs today, and I stress today, are more willing to make concessions over the Palestinian cause. Regrettably, this occurring after the Arab Spring,” Nasrallah said.
"The sight of a number of Arab foreign ministers, including ministers from Arab Spring countries, with the US foreign minister standing in the middle, making dangerous concessions over the Palestinian cause and Palestinian land is a sad sight for a friend of [Palestine],” he said.
The comments came days after Qatar’s prime minister said that Arab nations were ready to be flexible with their 2002 peace plan with Zionist regime, claiming the Palestinians and Israelis could trade land rather than conform exactly to the 1967 borders.
Shaikh Hamad Bin Jasem Al Thani made the comment after he and a group of Arab officials met US secretary of state John Kerry to discuss how to revive stalled talks between Israeli regime and the Palestinians Authority.
