FSA Tortured, Killed and Burned His Colonel for Negotiating with Government

According to London Based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Colonel Zaidan Nesairat of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) was tortured to death by another FSA faction. He was accused of trying to negotiate with the Syrian government for reconciliation in Daraa.
