Turkey May Allow Russia to Use Incirlik Base to Fight ISIS: Turkey FM

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has said that his country is open to permit Russia to use the Incirlik Air Base in south-central Turkey to conduct airstrikes against the ISIS stronghold in Syria, as Ankara and Moscow further move to mend fences.
