Seventy members of a Sunni Arab tribe opposed to ISIS have been killed by the terrorists group in western Iraq, a tribal elder says.
Sunni tribes played a key role in driving out al-Qaida in Iraq - a precursor to the ISIS group - and are widely seen as the only force capable of securing the country's northwest Sunni heartland.
