Iran, Iraq negotiate start date for Kirkuk oil swap

The head of Iraq’s State oil Marketer SOMO held talks with Iranian Officials last week to determine a start date for oil exports from Iraq’s Kirkuk oilfields, Iraqi Oil Minister Jabar al-Luaibi told Reuters last Wednesday.

(MNA) -- According to Reuters report, some 30,000 barrels per day of Kirkuk crude oil would be transferred “in the near future” by trucks to Iran’s Kermanshah refinery.
