The Iraqi forces killed Abu Al Harith Al Libi in a military operation in Al Jahleh Village on the outskirts of the city of Shirqat early on Sunday, a security source told Iraq’s al-Forat news agency on the condition of anonymity.

An unspecified number of other Daesh terrorists were also killed in the military operation, which was launched on information provided by local residents.

Security forces have recently entered Shirqat to liberate it from Daesh.
