CCTV Footage Shows First Moments of Palestinians Attack in Heart of Tel Aviv

Two Palestinians, struck within a quarter mile of the sprawling Israel MOD complex, killing four Israelis and wounding 16 other in the most lethal attack since the current wave of violence began last fall.

The Tel Aviv shooting presents the first major test for Lieberman, who took office May 30. 

In the wake of the attack, Israel announced the suspension of Ramadan entry permits for up to 83,000 Palestinians.
