The Russian center pointed out that Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists have shelled several towns in the countryside of Lattakia, Idlib, Hama and Damascus.

The center added that units of the Syrian Armed Forces continue thwarting Jabhat al-Nusra attempts to attack military positions in a number of Aleppo neighborhoods, pointing out that the terrorist shelling of the city is random and does not target only military positions but also residential neighborhoods, that claimed the lives of 23 civilians and injured 47 during the last 24 hours.

The cessation of hostilities agreement is holding in most Syrian areas, as the number of towns which have joined the agreement reached 139, the center concluded, SANA reported.
